The clinic is located at 1121 Yates St, near the Cook St. intersection. Yates St. is a one way street heading toward downtown Victoria; the clinic is on the left-hand side of the street before Cook St. There is 2 hour free parking on both sides of the street.

Cancellation Policy

The clinic has a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to provide this notice, the clinic will charge you in full for the missed appointment. If you have an emergency, please let the clinic know so that they can treat your specific situation with personal attention. They do not consider conflicts to be emergencies. One missed appointment out of 5 appointments has a significant financial impact.  Please call the clinic to cancel an appointment. E-mail cancellations will not be accepted. Thank you for understanding.

Scents

To respect and accommodate the different needs of my clients, the clinic is scent-free. The clinic uses only unscented and dye free detergents. Please do not wear perfume or cologne on the days when you plan to have a massage.

Silence your Cell Phone

Please refrain from talking on your cell phone while in the clinic and please put your ringer on silence mode. This helps maintain a relaxing and calm environment for all clients.
