Wendy Budgell

Wendy was born in Newfoundland and raised in Ottawa, where she graduated with Honours in 2002 from the International Academy of Massage Therapy.

Wendy customizes her massage treatments to her individual clients and their specific needs, offering Trigger Point Therapy, Swedish techniques, deep tissue treatments, Myofascial Release techniques, as well as general relaxation massages. She takes the time to recommend and demonstrate stretching and strengthening exercises to target specific muscles unique to her clients’ needs.

She is dedicated and passionate about her work and welcomes new clients to her practice. In her spare time, Wendy enjoys hiking with her dog, Joey, as well as rock climbing, camping, yoga, painting, cooking, baking, and travelling.
